I love how simple it is to use! The app has all of my contacts within seconds, which helps me reach out to people quickly. It also allows you to create your own team with multiple members from different social media platforms. It's incredibly easy to make changes to your profile picture or cover photo as well. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too big. Make sure you have someone who knows what they're doing when it comes to marketing/social media if this product seems like something that will help grow your business in anyway. This tool definitely makes reaching customers way easier than having them come directly to our website or storefronts. We've been able to engage with potential customers through Instagram posts and Facebook ads without needing to pay an agency fee.
