
laptops up to 17 inches, I definitely believe in it. It's big and sturdy, which also means it's a bit heavy (just over 2 pounds). While it folds and folds for storage or portability, you shouldn't carry it around on a regular basis. For the same reason (so it can support large, heavy laptops with plenty of stability), the hinges are also fairly rigid, making folding and Difficult to unfold when you do this. Obviously, portability isn't the main attraction here - rather, the big plus of this stand is how much it can hold / how durable it is. and basically stay there most of the time - and that's fine. So if you know what you're getting, this could be a good choice for you. It's high quality, looks great on the table and holds up well. Just don't plan on moving it every day!
