My friend is very picky. He needs to hear and see his surroundings. Ordered them for Christmas. After all, he used it today, January 23rd. and guess what, NO working microphone. I hooked it up to my computer and the sound barely registered. So little that Cortana can't hear me. Why do these headphones have so many stars and complete garbage? I plugged it into my Xbox and Cortana can't hear anything. There is sound but the mic doesn't work so waste of money.
