Perfect small animal kit

My younger girls (9 and 3) sit in the waiting rooms with me several hours a week while one of their brothers is being treated. Small sets like this keep them busy and they are often accompanied by other children. We have several toob sets but wanted a little more variety. Yes, about 1/3 is made up of fence, grass, and tree pieces, but kids who love anything will love building a zoo, farm, or wildlife sanctuary with these pieces. All the animals stand up, which is great. Some were left without eyes, but that's easily fixed, and the proportions aren't the same, but kids don't usually care. It comes with a fold out animal encyclopedia sheet with descriptions and information on each animal, but although ours is billed as a 'jungle set' we have a bag that simply says 'animals' and there's plenty of variety. The way we use small animals in our homes. : Use groundwater and bits of nature to create habitats, use them in sensory containers filled with kinetic sand or dried rice, create LEGO shelters and biomes for them, or put them in a small bag with you Zipper to take with you to waiting rooms and apps. The set was a good buy for the money.
