I bought this for my front porch and wheelchair ramp. I have some beautiful trees in my yard, but the leaves get everywhere. It looks messy and it can cause people to slide down on the ramp. I have tried raking them off, but it's too difficult to do on my own. This is the perfect solution, because it is so easy to maneuver. I have limited strength, but this is a lot lighter than I expected and it is so easy to handle. It works great on dry leaves, but sometimes it takes a little extra effort to blow away the wet ones. It wasn't a big deal. I just did a couple of extra passes with the blower and they were gone in no time. The battery life is really good. It's common to get about a hour of power out of these type of battery operated tools. Mine lasted 90 minutes which was plenty of time for me. You can buy extra batteries to have on hand if you really need it. I really like that the height is adjustable. I make it a little smaller so it's easier to use from a seated position, but my husband likes it longer so he doesn't need to bend over as much.
