The product itself is a very well built belt and a strong and large resistance band. As for the belt, I've been using it for a few days and it's very soft, well built and supportive. your back is fine. I've used it as a lifting belt and not as a slimming belt, but it works well either way. The band is strong, feels soft, and is also big enough to do a lot of stretching. My favorite use case is to wear them on deadlifts and punches to keep my legs straight and resisted. The band is wide, corresponds to a black rubber band and is soft on the skin during training. I would recommend it to people who do deadlifts, squats or those who are usually looking for a quality waist belt and elastic.
