My left stick seems to get stuck in a slightly down right position from time to time after replacing it. Definitely an improvement over the grungy stick I had before, but not by much. Maybe it could be fixed but this was the last attempt to salvage an old used XB360 pad. I gave up on that idea and bought an Xbox One controller instead.
