My left stick seems to get stuck in a slightly down right position from time to time after replacing it. Definitely an improvement over the grungy stick I had before, but not by much. Maybe it could be fixed but this was the last attempt to salvage an old used XB360 pad. I gave up on that idea and bought an Xbox One controller instead.

I had three old Xbox 360 controllers that I couldn't play with because the rubber pad was worn out. I replaced both grips on all three with this kit. Having the screwdriver for it was extremely helpful and made it much quicker and easier to remove all 7 screws (don't forget the ones behind the sticker under the battery compartment). I was also able to clean up the junk that had accumulated over the years. My controllers are like new again!

Although this package arrived late and I could complain about the delay, they refunded me the money but allowed me to keep the product after I installed it in my controller for the Xbox 360 and I like it. If, like me, you're buying replacement joysticks because the little protrusions on the north, east, south, and west sides of your joysticks are worn out, you might want to take caution when purchasing. The protrusions on the replacement joysticks are in the shape of an "x" instead of the "+" like the original 360 controllers.
