If, like me, you're buying replacement joysticks because the little protrusions on the north, east, south, and west sides of your joysticks are worn out, you might want to take caution when purchasing. The protrusions on the replacement joysticks are in the shape of an "x" instead of the "+" like the original 360 controllers. While this probably isn't a problem for most people, it is a problem for a collector like me who wants everything to be as close to the original look as possible. Aside from that minor setback, the sticks feel nice and the color is pretty close. I would easily recommend this if you don't care how it looks. but I know, so 2 stars
