Bought two of these to cover our grills over the harsh winters we have, replacing covers that disintegrated from the weather. These appear to be of high quality and I anticipate they will last several years. I was also impressed with all the added features such as the straps and clips which make the cover easy to put on and secure from any strong winds or storms.

Update Nov/2022 . Spot on my guess on the durability, I already replaced it. Didn't last a year before it was dry rotted and very faded. Decent quality for the amount paid, but will be looking for a better quality cover.

I have only had this cover on the grill for a month and a half, and it has already faded from black to light purple, like a Generra Hypercolor sweatshirt from 1991. It’s appears to be well made - thick and well reinforced, and although it has not let any water leak in, I’m not sure how it will hold up in the summer sun, since we have only really had a couple of weeks of sunny days here in the PNW, and it is already looking like it has been on for 2 years.

First thing to note about this gas grill cover is that it is pretty much weather proof in terms of water but sun light tends make the black turn completely white. It will keep your grill pretty much clean from water (no rust yay), bird poop, and sun damage (but the cover takes sun damage). Bought this grill cover for my Vermont casting grille. After 1 year of use (product was stored indoor during the winter), the grille cover has totally faded, material has harden and is starting to fall apart. Poor material and definitely NOT UV treated. Very disappointed, and would NOT buy this product again!
