The grooves have to line up, so I had to scrub the groove a bit to get it to match. It took 10 minutes to solve the problem. THE SMALL PART THAT HOLDS THE METAL KEY MUST BE INSERTED FIRMLY INTO THE BACK OF THE SHELL "BEFORE" CHIP INSERT. THE ONLY WAY IT FITS STRONG AND PERFECTLY SEALED. NB: I only have 2 buttons so you can see the empty space.
