I got these a few months ago as my old headset wore out. I used them for about 5 minutes before realizing I couldn't even hear myself speaking to customers (so top marks for noise cancellation) and they've been sitting in my desk drawer ever since. Yesterday my old headset broke completely so I had to use these. Literally less than 24 hours later they don't work. I have to hold the cable at a certain angle to hear anything at all. Keep in mind that I only use them for work. So practically no wear and tear. Terrible product don't waste your money.
