Very comfortable for pads and positioners

I have had several neck and back injuries over the years. There were problems with nighttime comfort and headaches. I didn't know what to expect from this pillow but decided to give it a try. i really like it It is very comfortable. Really helped with headaches. I definitely recommend this pillow
