The problem with this tablet is that the voice to text feature does not work properly. It works great when you want to surf the web and say what you're looking for. But for text messages or Facebook Messenger, there was no microphone icon you could click to speak. I checked my settings to make sure my text-to-speech engine was set to Google Text-to-Speech Engine as the preferred engine and that was it. I've researched extensively to see if I can find a solution to the problem. When I couldn't, I contacted the creator's support and explained the problem. The first email I received in response claimed that their product didn't list the voice input feature and offered to download Google Assistant (already installed on the tablet right out of the box). I have sent another email to customer service to further explain the issue. They email me again and ask me to download another voice to text app. Although they answer in English I don't think they understand the language. And therefore they do not understand and cannot provide the necessary help. Voice to text is very important to me as I have arthritis in my fingers which makes replying to messages in text or Facebook Messenger quite slow and tiring. It's also important for me to have a product where if I run into a technical issue that I can't find personally, I can contact the creator's support team and find someone who understands me and can help me.
