The mermaid was glued wrong so it looked like a mermaid cut in half. In addition, the edges were cut unevenly, which looked ugly. I asked for a replacement thinking the new one would look better but I was just another disappointment.

- It was a present for my nieces and they loved it! They are true to size and the handles are convenient for putting on or hanging boots.
- My daughter was only a few months old and water got into her heels, I find it very disappointing for the cheap material.
