NOT water based; It is a fake!

I liked the idea of getting a good color swatch for water based nail polish. Unfortunately, this is not a water-based paint! smells. Sticks to everything. You need an acetone based product to remove it from your skin and nails! DO NOT BUY this junk. This is pure and total deception.
