Fast delivery, excellent packaging, wish there was cardboard instead of foam but strong enough to be reused as packaging at a garden show this year. We just put the CD in the drive, did a silent install, then plugged it into a USB drive and Windows picked it up. Load the thermal paper and connect the line to the cash drawer and we're literally in business! When there was a problem, it was usually due to a power outage from a long extension cord. Just reinsert the cable and the printer prints that last receipt or two that we thought we had lost. We had to unplug and plug in the USB cable twice when resetting the garden show's WLAN so that the POS software recognized it. but it was easy and not the printer's fault. Very durable with minimal moving parts so less hassle with repairs or fuss. Makes fantastic receipts, we are very happy with it! Thank goodness South Coast Plaza had Wi-Fi this year :) which made our life so much easier.
