1) I liked that it gave me insights into which areas of my blog were being read and used, but could be better if there was more information about what posts people engaged with most (eg average time spent reading or clicking links).2) The price is fair considering all the other data solutions available now - especially in comparison to Google Analytics! It gives me great insight into how users are interacting with articles online via social media such as Facebook & Twitter etc. In some ways this allows us to build content marketing strategies around these engagement points rather than just focusing solely on SEO related activities. I like that it's very easy to use, has great features, and is inexpensive. I dislike that you can't export your data if you want to do more extensive analysis. If you are looking for something simple and easy to use, this may be what you need. We're using Mapmyuser to keep track of our website traffic. This makes it easier for us to see how people are finding our site.
