As the unit is one piece with access holes in the back and is secured to the floor with adhesive sealant some planning is required. It is important to install the faucet and siphon on the sink and ensure all connections are accessible before putting the unit back in place. Make sure everything is sealed as you won't have much room to fix leaks once the unit is installed. As there are no hold down bolts or other fasteners, mark the exact spot on the floor for a significant amount of adhesive sealant. For a safe and stable installation, the floor must be very solid. However, once the unit is installed, we're both beautiful and functional for our secondary toilet and laundry room.
