The zipper and the zipper teeth are worthless
One star for the bag, a nice thing. The bag is very pretty but after two weeks of use by my daughter the zip and zip came loose. Impossible to fix zipper prongs as they pop right out as soon as you pull them out. So my poor daughter who loves this bag with all her heart started crying because her bag was ruined after 2 weeks and she took very good care of it. I'm a paycheck to paycheck mom and that's just unacceptable. Now I have to go and buy her another bag and just wasted my money. I don't know if that's the case with all bags or if I got a broken one, but I'm really annoyed. I hope this helps someone
