The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about their products & services offered by in cergo are top notch! They have helped me with my server issues multiple times over several years that I've been working w/ them now. Their support team has always responded quickly when we needed help solving problems - they're great people who care for customers' success as much or more than themselves. We haven't had any major complaints since moving our business there from another provider back around 10-15yrs ago (I think). Our only issue was figuring out how best to use all those ports available at one time (& having access to so many different providers) but once figured it became easy enough to manage everything without too much effort.
