The package arrived quickly and without damage. I read the reviews and saw that there were many complaints about the pump not working. I bought it anyway because I wanted to try it and didn't think it would make much of a difference if I got one with a broken pump. Guess what? Yes, the pump is broken! ha ha. Actually, that's a big deal. Very annoying that I have to dip the pump into the bottle and pull out the gel to use it. The bottle is too stiff to grip, so this is the easiest way, but not the best. As for the gel? I like it. It has a strong cooling menthol feel and stays neat and clean making shaving easy. I would recommend the gel but come with a warning that the pump could (probably) fail.
