The package arrived quickly and without damage. I read the reviews and saw that there were many complaints about the pump not working. I bought it anyway because I wanted to try it and didn't think it would make much of a difference if I got one with a broken pump. Guess what? Yes, the pump is broken! ha ha. Actually, that's a big deal. Very annoying that I have to dip the pump into the bottle and pull out the gel to use it. The bottle is too stiff to grip, so this is the easiest way, but not…

Gums up razor for shaving gel

Wanted to like it, but. I use a safety razor and this gel just sticks and seals around the blade and then it's just a big routine to remove the gel so I can continue shaving. I've tried using any gel just to get very light coverage on the face; but no matter how little I use it, it still sticks. I also don't like that it's transparent. You can't see where it is on your face and this makes it difficult if not impossible to see where you shaved. I would rate the smoothness or glide of the razor 5

Yes, the pumping mechanism is definitely an F-Minus - ERROR

I have not been able to try the product because the pumping mechanism will not turn to the open position. I saw the photos from previous reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. I've tried everything I can think of to turn the dispenser in the direction of the arrow to no avail. I will keep trying but if this is the final decision of the manufacturer then this product will quickly perish!

Often washed off. Good for creams, lotions and shaving gels.

The first time I used it, I shaved off my beard. The cooling effect of the gel was very irritating to my eyes and made it uncomfortable to use. In my opinion it's too thick even if I don't apply it. Eventually it gets stuck in my safety razor and I have to keep removing the blade, which is a bit annoying every time I shave. This is what happens when I just shave my neck.
