For girls who like "spinning " dresses
If your child refuses to wear anything other than a "pinwheel dress" like mine, then rest assured that this dress cuts the mustard. In this small space they can be forgotten. It has a decent weight and is not see-through. I have it in yellow and it is one of 4 dresses my daughter is wearing.
