Received damaged in the mail. I had to replace the inner cardboard myself. I don't know how it was damaged as it arrived flat as if it had been crushed by something heavy that had bent the inner cardboards supporting the sides of the suitcase. But at the same time, the box in which it was sent was not damaged at all. I'm not sure how it happened as it doesn't make any sense to me. Otherwise I can only imagine that this travel bag could be good. I can say that the top case is great for the Nintendo Switch. My brother-in-law has the exact same bag/bag and it's just perfect. I just wanted mine to arrive safely.
