The customer support is great! They're always willing to help you even if it's not their specific department that needs assistance with something - they all work together as one team behind closed doors/doors so there isn't really much I dislike about them at this time. It took us some getting used too but now things run smoothly because of how well everything works together when needed outside our control departments such as legal etc... This makes my job simpler by having someone else handle issues without me needing direct interaction.
