Review on Criterion by Alexander Scharon

Easy to use interface that allows you to customize your system per business process or function. The reporting capabilities are easy enough so it's not too hard if someone with no technical background can figure out how they work. I dislike having to pay an annual fee just because we don't need all their features at this time - but then again maybe I'm being petty! There is nothing really bad about criterions product line as far as benefits go; however when looking into multiple products there should be some consideration given towards pricing before choosing one over another. It makes sense since each has different purposes/needs from our organization.
