My natural hair color is light blonde/dark blonde and I've been bleaching it at home for years to get the very light base needed for the pastel tones I want (currently lilac). I have tried many products and methods (olaplex, coconut oil, shampoo cap, etc.) to protect my hair during the bleaching process, but this is the first product that I am very happy with because it really works. I used a 40 vol developer (I usually use 20 or 30 vol) and my hair felt better than usual after the treatment. I try very hard not to use any products with silicones which can damage the true condition of my hair and my hair continues to feel strong and healthy despite swimming in a chlorinated pool 4-6 days a week. I wasn't sure if I should order as other reviews showed the bottles aren't full but the label says 120ml and I'm pretty sure the company supplied that because I weighed it . It doesn't take much (I think I used 7.5ml per 2oz of powder) so the bottle I ordered should last a long time. Based on my results, the price was incredibly cheap. I'm not sure how this will work for everyone as there are many different hair types, but I'm convinced.
