The shells just arrived today. I'm amazed at how attractive they are. I was so concerned about how many ounces they would hold that I poured water from a liter jar into a container just to make sure I didn't have HUGE bowls. They look absolutely perfect and are a great size. . My goal is to make soup eating an adventure and fun at the same time. I bought spices and spice packs to try and make a western version of pho soup. So maybe I can mimic the flavor of the broth; while I'm not interested in making truly authentic PHOs with questionable "meat" bits. Forgive me, but it's just me. Mine will probably be edible with lean, trimmed pieces of cooked chicken. And you won't find any chicken thighs or tendons. lol Again, I don't mean to offend. But we do it my way in these awesome bowls. I love her !
