Easy to use

For reference, I've been cutting glass for a while now, so I have some experience. I have a frame shop and for most projects I can use a Fletcher wall glass cutter, but there are times when it just won't work once it's fixed. So I had to get out the old hand cutters. We had some of these cheap little scissors and maybe they were good for a cut. I ordered this little cutter to up my game and this thing works. Zip, done. It cut glass faster and more completely than the old little cutters we always had to use. This will definitely be my go-to when I need to go through the full guide. So definitely an upgrade and easy to do esp if you are experienced. If not, try this: mark where your cut will be and place a ruler on a flat surface that fully supports the glass, fill the cutter with some oil (you don't need much, the amount depends on the length of your cut). ) with moderate pressure. , using the ruler as a guide, move the cutter along the glass in a smooth edge-to-edge motion. Then either place something round under the notch, break the glass with a chisel tool or on the edge of the table. Make sure you wear gloves and safety goggles when doing this. Much luck. With time and practice, you'll cut glass like a pro. Drag the cutter in one smooth, edge-to-edge motion on the glass.
