A classic design frame that suits both men and women. The earbuds are spring loaded so you can bend them when you put them on and not worry about them breaking. The blue light is really easy on my eyes, which get tired and even watery from too much screen time. As a genealogist, writer, and photographer, I can't shorten my computer time. I like that you can choose different strengths with these glasses (up to +3.50). I suggest going to Walmart or somewhere that you can try different options first to test the different focus options if you don't know what you need in the recipe. Once you've decided if you need +1.50 or something else, you can order them. They have silicone nose pads for more comfort. Personally, I prefer the molded plastic nose piece, but the all-plastic goggles don't look as good as this pair of Gudzws. They come with a durable zippered glasses case. As for transparency, I find almost all blue light glasses reduce it somewhat. No problem if all you do is play games, check email and check Facebook. I care when I edit photos carefully, so I just take off my blue light glasses.
