Review on 🔪 Wusthof In-Drawer Tray Knife Storage: 7-Slot, Natural Wood Organizer by Brian Inman

Some of my knives have been stored on a countertop in various knife blocks. If you're like me, counter space is very important, so with some rearranging I was able to clear the box to move the big knives out of the block to at least clear that lot. Despite the non-slip lining of the drawer, the knives moved more than I wanted. There must be a better way to store them. I happened to get an ad from a company and one of the items they were selling was a knife block in a desk drawer. It was a little smaller than this Wustof model but cost twice as much! So I do what I usually do and went to Revain to check out their selection. That's when I found the 14-slot block. After measuring the box to make sure the block would fit (fit!), I ordered the same one. It arrived two days later and within five minutes the knives lying loose in the box were firmly pressed against the block along with the knife steel. And just to be on the safe side, I was able to take the steak knives out of the block and put them in the block of boxes. Now all the knives are neatly stowed away in the drawer. They cannot move as they are fixed in slots and I have regained my long lost spot on the counter.
