Fits great, easy to install, light is very bright. Almost too bright notice brief dimming. It's like turning on a water pump or a refrigerator. I didn't realize that any of these fixtures were a factor. So not sure why this is happening. It's not very noticeable, so it's not very distracting. It's more noticeable when they're darkened, which in most cases is because they're so bright. I can try replacing them with a brand name from a box store. Another disadvantage of these lamps is that they are shielded or opaque on the sides, so the light does not come from the sides, but only directly from the front.
