Great tool if used often and consistently
The fact that we can easily extract all of our customer information in one place without having multiple files is incredible! I wish there was an option for more than 1 month's worth of historical data- but it works great for what it does offer. This program has been able to help us pull up past financials from customers who are not paying their bills so they don't know about late fees or other charges until after payment deadlines have passed. We use this software for our Real Estate clients who have offices in different states with multiple listing services. It's great that we can connect quickly from any location no matter where they are at or what time of day it may be. There is nothing I like about it because there isn't much to dislike. When you're looking for something to organize your listings by state/city/subdivision etc - This does an excellent job! Allowing us to easily find specific addresses when working remotely.
- Easy, simple way to keep track of my client billing schedules & reminders sent out before invoices go overdue which helps tremendously!!!!! :) No issues whatsoever..it always gives me exactly want i need as faras sending reminder emails goes..and its very easy t ouse if u already used outlook emailing system.easy navigation once log into account...very useful tool overall...well done developers
