If I could give less than 1 star I would. The product looked good when I received it, but when I started using it the sound was intermittent and the connection dropped. I've bought wireless devices before and I've never had so many problems. I've tried troubleshooting in a variety of typical ways: fully charge the headphones, plug and unplug them, toggle Bluetooth on and off, turn the device on and off, etc. but to no avail, the connection has been restored constantly interrupted, the sound was interrupted, interrupted. fully for about 30 seconds at a time. I just printed a return label.
