Very good platform & excellent integration possibilities

The ability to use this software in combination with other marketing tools such as Facebook ads or AdWords is incredible! It makes communication between all of our different platforms seamless, which helps increase conversions across channels - leading directly into more sales for us overall. I do not like that you need an API key every time you want access to certain features (i.e., scheduling your bot). Sometimes if there's just too much going on it takes longer than expected when attempting to perform some actions. If we can't find answers through asking their support team then using automation has helped solve many issues by working out problems before they even occur. Increased customer service satisfaction leads to increased word-of-mouth referrals because people are satisfied enough so don't have any excuses why other customers won’t be happy either. We also get alerts immediately about The chatbot is very easy to use and is very easy to set up. I think the documentation is not very clear and needs to be improved. Also, it's not free. The AI chatbot is great and you can interact with it in different ways. It's a great tool to create and customize a chatbot for your business. We have a chatbot that helps customers receive information about their order and send a confirmation. We also have a chatbot that helps with customer support.
