Review on Simply Conserve Low Flow 2.0 GPM Chrome Spoiler Pause Handheld Showerhead by AM Conservation Group, Inc. by Mindy Hicks

I was looking for a slow flow hand shower with pause function that doesn't have 9 different spray patterns and cost me too much money. This one definitely fits the bill. It has a softer stream than my previous low-flow showerhead and doesn't eject water in a quick, fine spray (making it feel like you're breathing in more water than you're using to wash). The water pressure is more than sufficient for an efficient shower. The only downside is that the part of the shower head that holds the hand shower turns too easily. It spins perfectly in all directions, but won't stay upright unless the spray is fully on. So every time I start showering, I have to raise the shower head because everything goes down when the water shuts off. I just wanted to point this out in case someone was bothered by this. I've gotten used to it, it's okay, so five stars.
