Great tool and excellent customer support
The dashboard is very easy to use, it has all of your tools for monitoring everything you need. It's great that they continue supporting their product - so far there have been no problems with any updates. There are some features I would like to see improved in future releases. Make sure you test them out thoroughly before implementing into production environment as not every feature will be useful to everyone. We've been using this system since 2009, we didn't even know about Redhot until recently but now it's working well for us.
Pros
- Dashboard makes administration extremely quick
- Easy interface (easy click/drag access)
- Integration between services available; also works really fast compared other SaaS platforms or self hosted software.
- Flexibility when switching from one version vise versa without much pain
