Great tool and excellent customer support

The dashboard is very easy to use, it has all of your tools for monitoring everything you need. It's great that they continue supporting their product - so far there have been no problems with any updates. There are some features I would like to see improved in future releases. Make sure you test them out thoroughly before implementing into production environment as not every feature will be useful to everyone.   • Easy interface (easy click/drag access)
  • Integration between services available; also works really fast compared other SaaS platforms or self hosted software.
  • Flexibility when switching from one version vise versa without much pain

Very useful and helpful application/platform

It's very good for our business, it has helped us organize all of our information in one place so that we can better access them from anywhere at any time! The only thing I dislike about this software is how complicated everything was when setting up new areas or products within my account (it took me forever). Effective Service For A Variety Of Industries

Redhot has been able to work with us for over 4 years now, we have used them at different times during this time span in our organization as they continue to grow along side of ourselves! They are committed partners that take care of their business customers by making sure all needs are met when it comes to technical support or Sales Support.   • The flexibility is amazing especially since everyone uses smartphones nowadays even though no one really talks about iPhones / Blackberrys anymore (I use an iPhone myself) It's very convenient knowing where exactly anything stands within seconds instead going through hours sometimes minutes trying figure stuff

My organization has always used Rhedpot over last 2&1 year and everything was awesome

We have been using RedHot for several years now, it's very stable software with good support team who answer all our questions in few days time! I did not find any dislike points except sometimes we face some issues but they are resolved within couple of hours which make us happy as well!! Nothing at this point if you just want SaaS tool like CRM or Project Management then go easy because there may be better options out their that can do those things too while costing less than what redhot does

  • I am really happy with everything about RedHot and the only thing I dislike is that it's very expensive compared to other cloud project management tools
