Redhot has been able to work with us for over 4 years now, we have used them at different times during this time span in our organization as they continue to grow along side of ourselves! They are committed partners that take care of their business customers by making sure all needs are met when it comes to technical support or Sales Support. We truly appreciate how flexible these guys can be on both ends - Sales/Technical Team & Customers!! Have not had any complaints from my end but I am always looking out there so if you're aware please let me know. As long as everything runs smoothly internally your happy customer will follow suit without fail! Their product seems like its just what every growing small Business would need however large companies may find some benefits too which helps keep things organized more efficiently across departments such as accounting etc..
