Review on REDHOT Enterprise CloudWare by Lamar Marshall

We have been using RedHot for several years now, it's very stable software with good support team who answer all our questions in few days time! I did not find any dislike points except sometimes we face some issues but they are resolved within couple of hours which make us happy as well!! Nothing at this point if you just want SaaS tool like CRM or Project Management then go easy because there may be better options out their that can do those things too while costing less than what redhot does (it will cost around $50 - 100 per user/month). If your organisation requires robust project management solution i advice u use Redheat otherwise take other option available from market such Salesforce Pardot etc.,.
