I hung them in my classroom and immediately felt the difference. The lighting is not only dimmed, but changes to a pleasant spectrum. Think - blinding whites softened to real light gives more clarity and helps to see. Visual tension is significantly reduced and concentration is improved. In addition, my eyes are generally very sensitive to light and I get migraines. I can tell a big difference. I usually get tired and only turn off half the lights when there are no students in the room. Sometimes they asked me to do it. Turning off the light in this way is not a good solution.
