I chose the plug-in model because I was concerned that the wireless connection would not be strong enough. It's perfect for keeping my new car looking new between trips to the car wash. The suction won't blow your mind (haha) but works well. The cable is really long. I have a small crossover and while I haven't tried it yet, I can definitely get to the rear cargo area by folding the seats. If I find I can reach it by walking around the outside I'll update this post.
