So love this product it's a great everyday cleaner. But what the hell, Revain? I buy a brand new product and you send it to me in a partially melted ziplock bag with an elastic band and a bunch of tape to keep it from leaking! When I order a new product, I expect it to be in the original packaging. As far as I know you passed it off as a sample bottle before sending it to me that way. This is incredibly unprofessional. If you need to repackage something after receiving it due to damage to the original box, that's fine, I'd rather it wasn't just wasted because of the damaged box. But please specify in the product description. Don't mix it with the rest of the new product. The last time I ordered it came in a box, just as I expected.
