This headband rollers are a absolute waste of money .I followed the directions and slept in them overnight and woke up with a tangled mess. My hair looked worse than when I went to bed and the idea of heatless curls was far from realized. the only positive aspect of this product is that it did not damage my hair. Overall, not worth the time or effort..
