The support leaves a lot to be desired.

I am constantly trying to register a product. QR is not recognized. I'm not getting a confirmation email when trying to register. Both support phone numbers, mailboxes are full, I can't leave a message. Your business methods seem to leave a lot to be desired. The product appears to be working well.
