I've owned this unit for a while and use it a few times a week. In the beginning it was VERY bad. With no support from the company and no time limit, I decided to skip Revain's return process and fix the problem myself. After re-soldering the bad connection, making adjustments and most importantly creating a spring loaded wheel to protect the substrate from shaking etc. I finally have a working device! This is a great piece of hardware, but some users might find it so. frustrating depending on how much fiddling etc you end up having to do. I never managed to get any support from the seller, but after a while I received a message from the seller offering me a coupon for my troubles. Check wiring! A+A-B+B- were in the correct order on the joint but I had to take it apart again and solder the failed joint. I ran it at 1.60A peak / 1.13A rms and the motor ran very smoothly, kept power consistent and NO problems turning heavy beer mugs! By the way, a large beer mug and this device lasts about 8 inches. I recommend this to users with a Z depth of at least 8 inches (200mm).
