I really wanted to love it. It should work perfectly, but you need to slow everything down to 15-20mm/s or it will throw your tumbler over the laser table! A little bit frustrating. Need a clamp at the end.

The only thing they don't tell you is that whatever you put on it will slide, dangle and move which is the engraving impaired. These models do not come with a clip to hold the glass or mug on wheels. You will move. You have to engrave upwards very slowly to prevent this and even then there are no guarantees. Spend a little more (I would gladly) and buy one with the clip installed.

I've owned this unit for a while and use it a few times a week. In the beginning it was VERY bad. With no support from the company and no time limit, I decided to skip Revain's return process and fix the problem myself. After re-soldering the bad connection, making adjustments and most importantly creating a spring loaded wheel to protect the substrate from shaking etc. I finally have a working device!
