The special nut for holding the pulley on the camshaft was missing. The kit includes a threaded bushing (no wrench flats) that can only be tightened with a pipe wrench or other tool. Because of this I was able to get this tool ready to use after removing the threaded bushing and adding an American standard 1/2" nut with 20 threads per inch in place of the threaded bushing. I haven't tested the tool at the moment but believe me me it will be fine. Oh yes for the curious, the threads on the end of the camshaft are M8 X 1.25 by my measurements.
