Review on Efficient Cutting with Tonic Studios Tim Holtz 5in Titanium Mini Snips by Hannah Curi

Sharp and handy scissors for small parts!

Super comfortable, sharp enough. If you have to shell out $10 for a decent pair of scissors for your craft, go for these! I doubt you will be disappointed. I have used many different scissors in my life and these are my new favorites. Only downside is that the listing doesn't say that the scissors have serrations on one blade, it may be mentioned in the description but I wanted them anyway. Most of the time I painstakingly cut out watercolor paper scribbles to create postcards and creative journals. The watercolor paper is quite thick, so I appreciate the portability, thin profile, and flexible handles of these scissors. They cut well and maybe the serrated edge improves accuracy or something, but the serrated edge is really visible on one side of the edge. So when it comes down to it, check your cuts first and make sure your scissors are upside down like you prefer. . There's a nice tapered tip that doesn't leave a big slit if you cut all the way to the tip (I rarely do this, but it's nice to know I won't have a big tear in my paper if I decide to do it). I highly recommend them if you are looking for comfortable and precise scissors. (PS The photos show one of the thickest, most textured papers I own that I have cut with these scissors. Paper: Shizen 140lb cold/rough press paper)
